If you have a Google My Business listing for your business then you can assure your customer that you are taking COVID-19 health & safety measures.

Considering the current situation of COVID-19 (CoronaVirus), Google has introduced new attributes related to the COVID-19. As of now, many website owners are displaying safety measures that they take at their business place. Recently, Yelp and Tripadvisor also added the same features too.

These attributes will help business owners to provide reassurance and clarity to their customers that business with them is totally safe.

How to update Covid-19 Safety Measures in Your GMB Listing?

After login to your Google my business (GMB) dashboard you can see the settings for these attributes. As displayed in the below screenshot: –

After clicking post your Covid-19 update a screen appears asking to create a post.  Here you can add a button (optional) with a call to action.

For now, it is not clear how it will be displayed in search and map, but maybe soon it will be shown. We have tried it with some random post and it looks like below in right side GMB information: –
